摘要
观察了多音天蚕Antheraea polyphemus及柞蚕Antheraea pernyi雄蛾触角上毛形感器(Sensillumtrichodeum)的形态、数量和分布,并用单细胞记录方法研究嗅觉感受细胞对性外激素组分的反应特性。两种雄蛾的触角上的每个毛形感器内都存在有1至3个数目不等的嗅觉感受细胞,即AC1-细胞,AC1-细胞和AL-细胞,它们分别对各自的性外激素组分产生具有高度特异性的反应。
he number, shape and distribution of sensilla trichodea on the antennae ofmate silkworm moths Antheraea polyphemus and A. pernyi were observed and theirquantitative difference was measured. The specificities of response to the componentsof sex pheromones of olfactory cells were investigated by single cell recording. Theresult indicated that there were 1 to 3 receptor cells in each olfactory sensillum onthe antennae of male moths and they could be nominated as the AC1-cell, AC2-celland AL-cell respectively. It was shown that each type of the receptor cells washighly specialized to one kind of the the components of the sex pheromones and therewas certain difference in the response specific to the insect species.
