摘要
本文报道了我国２３个不同地区的尖音库蚊复合组（Ｃｕｌｅｘｐｉｐｉｅｎｓ ｃｏｍｐｌｅｘ）雄蚊阳茎ＤＶ／Ｄ的数值分析结果。经过多元相关与回归分析发现，雄蚊阳茎ＤＶ／Ｄ的比值与纬度、经度之间存在着负相关的关系，并建立了ＤＶ／Ｄ与纬度的单元回归方程，以及ＤＶ／Ｄ与纬度、经度之间的多元回归方程。根据ＤＶ／Ｄ＝０．５为区分淡色库蚊和致倦库蚊的一般标准，从回归方程中求得北纬３０°左右为我国淡色库蚊和致倦库蚊地理分布的理论分界线。
his paper presents the results of mathematical analysis of DV/D ratio of malegenitalia of Culex pipiens complex, including 23 geographical strains collectedin China. Through mathematical analysis, particularly the multiple linear regression,the DV/D ratio showed a negative correlation with latitude and longitude of theirlocations, and the multiple regression equation of DV/D ratio between latitude andlongitude were established. This equation can be used to conjecture the theoreticalvalue of DV/D ratio of Cx. pipiens complex at a geographical position in China.
