中国经济的非常态波动初探

A Concise Study on the Abnormal Fluctuation of China's Economy

国民经济非常态波动是一种破坏性的波动，应予以防止。本文在扼要地介绍了现代经济学关于经济周期的概念之后，提出我国经济发展中存在着非常态波动。作者用实证研究的方法，从引起我国经济非常态波动的内生因素和外生因素两上方面，分析了我国建国以来国民收入增长率波动的规律，指出了我国经济所经受的１１次非常态波动的主要原因和不同于西方发达国家的特点，及其发展趋势最后，提出了我们的对策。

The abmormal fluctuation is a destructive factor to national economy and therefore, must beavoided.It also exists in China's economy. Adopting the method of positive study,from the angles of boththe endogenous factor and exogenous factor,the author analyses the patterns of the fluctuations of the national income increase rate which has happened since 1950、points out the main reasons for the 11 abnormal fluctruations in China's economy development,coinpares them with those of western countries,predicts their future,and ,finally, suggests some resolutions.
