摘要
应用层次分析法进行高校教师择职行为分析,并且建立了AHP分析模型。通过实例,得到了影响教师择职行为的因素的优势顿序,说明该模型切合实际,结果令人满意。
The application of analytic hierachy process in the analysis of higher school teachersjob-choosing behavior is presented.An AHP model is established:This theory is illustrated with an example with the superiority order of the factors.
