摘要
提出单位的管理目标即是管理信息系统的开发目标，单位管理通过各个职能管理部门来实现．因此管理信息系统的开发，应立足于实现各个职能部门的管理目标，进行数据类抽取，满足它的处理需求，最后进行系统数据集成和系统性能测试，达到整个单位的管理目标，实现快速开发的目的。
The aim of the management in a unit is also the aim of developing a MIS.As themanagement in a unit is achieved by various departments,the development of MIS shall bebased on the achievement of management aims in each department,taking data type tomeen the processing needs.The intergrating of systemetic data and test of systemetic function are conducted to achieve the management aim in the entire unit,and achieve the purpose of fast development.
