摘要
根据磨矿动力学原理,用磨矿动力学方程和总体平衡模型的参数K和S为指导,选择钢球直径和确定钢球配比.通过实验室分批磨矿试验,建立了计算球径的数学模型和各类球的配比.用此法制定的最初装球,经工业试验证明,更符合生产实际,是提高磨矿机产量和效率的有效方法,具有理论价值和实际意义.
