紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法患者外周血淋巴细胞的微核分析

Micronuclei Analysis on Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes of Patients with Auto一reinfusion after Uttra-violet Blood Irradiation

为了探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法是否对人体有毒性反应，本文对３０例接受此治疗患者的外周血淋巴细胞进行微核分析，并与５０例正常人比较。结果发现：随着治疗次数的增加，微核数量也增多，结果提示，该疗法可能对人体有潜在的毒性作用。临床应用中应严格掌握好照射剂量及次数。

he number of micronuclei in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of 30 patients with afterUltra-violet blood irradiation(UBI)was analysed.Compared with 50 health controls,toevaluate the toxic action of the therapy。The results showed that the number of micronucleiwas increased as the treatment times went on,It suggeste that the therapy may have certainpotential toxic action on human lymphocyte,and therefore the dose and frequency should beused under control。
