对应半视野光阈值的不对称性研究

摘要 早期青光眼视野就出现光阈值的变化,多发生在中心30°内,并且这种光阈值的变化在上、下方视野具有不对称性.本文通过一组正常眼(106眼)与一组青光眼(81),在4个不同区域范围内上、下方对应区域光阈值差值进行对比分析.结果:统计学上均有高度显著性差异,敏感性分别为58%,74%,84%和92%.使用所制定的正常值标准检测正常眼(71眼),特异性分别为81%,73%,76%和86%.视野中心30°内组的特异性,敏感性均达较高水平.随偏离固视中心度的增大,上、下方视野对应区域的光阈值差值增大.视野缺损的深度越深,面积越大,上、下方视野的不对称性越大,说明此分析方法对于识别早期青光眼视野缺损有较高的临床应用价值. ccording to field defect asymmetry,We analyzed the automated perimetry data of dif-ference from 81 glaucoma eyes with early,morderate visual field defects and 106 normal evesby comparing the mean of the difference of light threshold at the corresponding area.Theywere all high significant statistically in four corresponding areas(P<0,001).The sensitivi-ties were 58%,74%,84%,and 82% respectively.Using our criteria tested 71 normal eyes,specificity were 81 %,73%,76%,and 86% respectivelThe difftrence of threshold increasedalong with the increase of the eccentricity from fixation,The greater the field defect in depthand area,the greater the asymmetry between the superior and the inferior hemifield.It sug-gsted that it is highly sensitive to detect glanconatons visual field defect in early stage by us-ing the methods.
