4种樱桃属植物种子比较解剖 被引量:2

摘要 利用石蜡制片法和S-800型扫描电镜分别对樱桃属4种植物的种子和种皮进行了比较解剖和扫描观察。结果表明,樱桃属植物的种子可分为3部分:胚(子叶)、剩余胚乳和种皮;种皮的解剖构造可以分为3层:表皮细胞层、薄壁细胞层和纤维层。樱桃属植物种子胚乳的多少、厚度以及表皮层细胞形态和各层的厚度等性状均具有分类学上的意义。 The seed and seed-coat of four species plant in Cerasus was anatomied comparatively with normal method of paraffin microsection, and the seed morphology of this four species was scaned with S-800 scanning electricity microscope in this present paper by the authors. The anatomical structure of seed could be divided into three parts: embryo (cotyledonary ), endosperm and seed-coat; The anatomical strueture of seed-coat could be divided into three layers : epidermis, parenchyma cell and fiber. The thicknecs and quantity difference of endossperm and morphology of epidermis cell and thickness of every layer of seed-coat has certain stability, so it is important to classification and systimatic of the geus Cerasus.
