鲜蚓代替鱼粉、蚓粪代替部分饲粮饲喂蛋鸡试验研究

STUDIES ON THE LAYER FEED WITH EARTHWORM AND EARTHWORM EXCREMENT REPLACING FISH MEAL AND OTHER FEED COMPONENTS

对蚓体及蚓粪成分进行了分析。并用鲜蚓替代鱼粉、蚓粪替代部分饲粮进行间喂蛋鸡试验。结果表明，蚯蚓粗蛋白质含量为５６．４４％，且品质优良，各种氨基酸含量和比例都近似于秘鲁鱼粉而优于国产鱼粉。蚓粪粗蛋白质含量为７．９％，代谢能为３．７７ＭＪ／ｋｇ，可替代部分饲粮。虹蚓组产蛋量较基料组和鱼粉组分别提高２６％和１２％，平均蛋重增加２．８％和１．３％，而每千克蛋成本分别降低３２．６％和３６．６％。

The components of earthworm's body and excrement were analysed. The result indicated that the content of crude protein (CP) in the body is 56.44%of the dryed body and the quality of CP is very good. The content and ratio of amino acid (AA) are similar to that of imported fish meal and exceed that of the fish meal made in China. The content of CP is 7.9%, the quantity of metabolic energe(ME) is 3.77MJ / kg in the earthworm excrement We found that the layers fed with the feed composed of earthworm and its excrement layed 12% and 26% more eggs than the other two groups of layers fed with the basic fodder or the ration composed of fish meal respectively .Comared with the basic fodder group and fish meal groupe, the average egg weight of earthworm group increased 2.8% and 1.3% while the production cost for eggs per kilogramme decreased 32.6% and 36.6%respectively.
