摘要
首次采用加性—显性遗传模型研究猪的产仔数性状。用加权最小二乘法估计了太湖猪(枫泾猪)P1、大白猪P2、杂交一代F1、杂交二代F2、杂交三代F3和回交一代B2等6个不同世代产仔数性状的各种基因效应。结果表明,猪的产仔数性状符合加性—显性遗传模型,没有发现任何形式的互作存在。太湖猪产仔猪性状基因的加性效应值比大白猪高0.7931,其产仔数基因对大白猪的等位基因呈显性遗传。
This was original usage of additive-dominant genetic model to study the performance of litter size trait of pig in this paper.The effects of genes dominating litter size of pig were studied with the data from six various generations,Taihu pig P1(pure breed Fengjing)、Large white P2、crossbreed F1. F2、F3 and the back crossbreed B2(from F1 mated with P2). The additive.dominant and various type interactions of nongenetic effect were studied. They were estimated by wighted least square method.The results showed that the performance of litter size trait of pig accorded with the additive-dominant genetic model and the effects of various type interaction were not discovered. The value of additive effect of dominating the litter size of Taihu gig was 0.7931 heigher than landrace.The gene dominating litter size of Taihu pig was dominant genetic to its allel of Landrace.
