韶山1型电力机车转向架横向弹性连接装置的设计与研究

摘要 兰州铁路局兰西机务段所属的SS1型电力机车在兰州至宝鸡区段运行,轮缘磨耗十分严重.本文针对这一问题,在两个转向架之间采用加装横向弹性连接装置的有效措施,以改善轮缘磨耗。通过设计计算表明,SS1型电力机车前后转向架之间安装横向弹性连接装置后,机车通过曲线时,其第1轮对的轮缘磨耗因子是未加连接装置的50%左右。 The SS1 electric locomotives of LanXi Maintenance Department of LanZhou Railway Bureau run between Lanzhou and Baoji. The wear and tear on the wheel's flauge is very fast.In this paper, this problem has been studied. In oredr to slow davn the wear and tear on the wheel's flauge, the precaution that the traverse elastic connection set installed between two bogies is taken. The calculated results indicate that, after the traverse elastic connection set is installed between the front bogie and the rear one of SS1 electric locomotives,when the SS1 electric locomotive is passing a curved railway, the factor of wear and tear on the wheel's flauge for its first couple wheels is about 50% smaller than that of one not installed with this set.
