3,6-二[二甲氨基]-二苯骈碘杂环甲酸盐对大鼠和犬的长期毒性

Long-term Toxicity of 3,6-Di-(dimethylamino)- dibezopyriodonium Formate (IHC-64) in Rats and Dogs

采用大鼠和犬对碘杂环64的长期毒性进行了观察。结果发现,该药可使大鼠腹泻,16.6mg/(kg·d)组大鼠给药60d后体重减轻。2.5mg/(kg·d)组犬中毒明显,主要症状为呕吐、流涎、摄食量减少,腹泻等。2只犬中毒严重最后致死。给药60d后,犬SGPT活力升高,2.5mg/(kg·d)组犬Hb含量降低。病理检查发现,主要病变为肝、肾损伤。

A long-term toxicity test of IHC- 64 was conducted on rats and dogs. The results revealed that a slight diarrhoea of individual rat was observed. IHC- 64 16. 6 mg/ (kg·d) ig for 60 day ,the body weight of rats reduced. After adminis tration [2. 5 mg/(kg·d) ] the dogs were intoxicated obviously. The main manifestation of toxic effect was vomiting, salivation,diarrhoea, anorexia and reduced food consumption. Two dogs intoxicated seviously died. After 60 day of administration, the activity of SGPT increased and content of Hb in blood decreased. The injury of liver and kidney becoming pathological changes was also found by histopathological examination.
