Early Damage of Renal Function in Patients with Urinary Stone

摘要 对50例肾绞痛患者行尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)及血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)和二氧化碳结合力(CO2CP)生化指标测定,血生化肾功能指标均无异常。但尿NAG含量在50例患者中有22例升高(≥15μ/g Cr),并且尿NAG增高者均为确诊有肾或输尿管结石患者。表明泌尿系结石患者肾功能是受损伤的,而生化肾功能指标一般不能反映泌尿系结石患者的早期肾功能损害。 The Concentration of urine N - acetyl-β-D - glocosaminidase (NAG) and serum BUN,Cr,CO2cp were measured in 50 patients with renal colic. No changes of BUN,Cr and CO2cp were found in renal colic patients, but the value of urine NAG was elavated in 22 of 50 patients with renal colic(≥1 5μ/g Cr) and all of the patients with elavated NAG value were in the patients that the urinary calculi were confirment. The results suggest that the renal function have been damaged in patients with urinary calculi, which can not be determined by routine blood biochemical examinations.
