柳茶对小鼠抗氧化能力及免疫器官影响的实验观察

A Experimental Investigation about Sibiraea Angustata Influence upon the Ability of Antioxidation and Immune Organs in Mice

本实验结果表明,柳茶提取物可显著提高小鼠血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,减少脂 质过氧化物的含量。同时还观察到服药后动物脾脏重量增加,并有胸腺皮质增厚等形态学改变。实验 提示,柳茶具有抗氧化及免疫促进作用。

The experimental result has shown that the extracts of Sibiraea angustata could obviously increase the blood GSH-Px vitality and decrease the serum lipid peroxids content in mice. At the same time the rice of spleen weight and the thicker thymus cortex have been observed. This experiment suggested that Sibiraea angustata has the funstion of antioxidation and Immune promotor.
