颅脑外伤病人记忆障碍的初步研究

Studies on Memory of the Sick and Wounded with the Diseases in Skull-brain Areas

本文采用中国修订韦氏记忆量表对45例颅脑外伤病人的记忆进行测验。结果表明:(1)颅脑外伤病人的记忆商数(MQ)明显低,与正常对照组比较,差异非常显著(P<0.001)。(2)中、重型颅脑外伤病人的记忆障碍,较轻型更为严重(P<0.001)。(3)头颅CT扫描正常者与异常者进行比较,正常者记忆障碍较轻(P<0.01)。

We adopted wechsler memory scale (WMS) revised by China to test the memory of 45 patients with skull -brain traumas. The results showed: (1)the memory quality CM. Q. ) of the patients with skull - brain traumas was evidently low,and the difference which was compared to the normal contrasted group was quite notable(P<0. 001); (2)the memory barrier of the patients with medium or serious skull - brain traumas was much graver than the slight (P<0. 001) ; (3)comparing the normal to the abnormal through scanning with CT on skull-brains,the memory barrier of the normal person was slighter (P<0. 01).
