置换自体血浆的再利用

Use of the Self Exchanged Plasma

血浆置换术后,患者的血浆一般予以弃之。本文根据血浆蛋白提制过程中的某些原理,对不同疾病患者经血浆置换术后的血浆,用热处理法提取血浆中的白蛋白,然后做自体回输,临床观察6例24次,总计加工血浆约20000ml,结果满意,方法简便安全可靠。每100毫升血浆平均提取白蛋白约2.5克,纯度在90％以上,无菌及生物检测合格,自体还输后无不良反应。

The plasma of patients is always abandoned after plasma exchange therapy,but albumin in that can be purified and made a autorenfusion. We isolated 20000ml plasma to 6 patients in al 24 times clinical observation. There is no bad effect on patients and the everage albumin out is 2. 5g per 100ml plasma.
