膀胱肿瘤20例红细胞免疫功能的测定

The Detection of Red Blood Cell Immune Function in 20 Patients with Urinary Bladder Tumor

测定20例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌患者及30例健康人的红细胞免疫功能。结果发现:膀胱肿瘤患者红细胞C3b受体花环(RBC.C3bR)明显降低(P<0.01),而红细胞免疫复合物花环(RBC.ICR)显著升高(P<0.01),血清中免疫活性因子对红细胞C3b受体花环促进率降低,而抑制率升高;红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞的能力(NTER、DTER、ATER)显著下降(P<0.01),血清活性物质对红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞的促进作用(ETER)亦显著下降(P<0.01)。

This article reports the detection of red blood cell immune function in two groups,20 urinary bladder tu-mor,30 normai contral persons. We found red blood cell C3b receptor rosette(RBC · C3bR) of urinary bladder tumor group was lower than that of the control group(P<0. 01) and the RBC immune complen rosette(RBC · ICR) of the later was higher(P<0. 01). Serum immune activity factor encourging rate(RFER)to RBC · C3bR was lower,inhibitory rate(RFIR)was higher. Both red blood cell tumor rosette(NTER,DTER,ATER) and encouraging tumor erythrocytes rosette rate(ETER)were markedly decreased in the urinary bladded tumor group(P<0. 01).
