摘要
研究了Mn(Ⅱ)-5-Br-PADAP-TritonX-100析相光度体系,拟定了直接测定酒中测量锰的方法。在pH9.0B3BO3-NaOH缓冲深度中,Mn(Ⅱ)-5-Br-PADAP-TritonX100配合物最大吸收峰位于564μg/50ml范围内服从比耳定律。方法应用于酒中微量锰的测定。
The optimum condition of the phase separation-colouring reaction of Mn(Ⅱ) with 5-Br-PADAP in the presence of Triton X-100 was studied thoroughly and a method for the determination of traces of Mn(Ⅱ) in wine was proposed. The appropriate acidity for the reaction was found to be in the range of pH 7.5-10. 5 and a H3BO3-NaOH buffer medium of pH 9 was chosen for the method. The maximum absorption of the complex lies at 564nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 7. 4×105. Beer' s law is obeyed for Mn(Ⅱ) concentration in the range of 0 to 8. 0μg/50ml. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Mn(Ⅱ) in wine with satisfactory results.
