摘要
研究了在表面活性剂CPB及TritonX-100存在下,对硝基苯基荧光酮与铁显色反应的条件。结果表明,在pH6.5缓冲介质中,铁与对硝基苯基荧光酮,CPB及TritonX-100生成多元络合物的最大吸收波长在582nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.65×10^5,铁量在0~10μg/25ml范围内遵循比耳定律,方法经实际试样验证,结果令人满意,并对反应机理进行了探索。
The conditions of colour reaction of Iron(Ⅲ)with 2, 3, 7-Trihydroxy-9-(p-nitrophenyl)fluorone in the presence of Triton X-100 and cetyl pyridinum bromide were studied. It was found that Iron(Ⅲ) reacts with p-NPF and Triton X-100 and CPB in a pH 6. 5 buffer solution to form a complex with maximum absorption at 582nm,the molor absorptivity being 1. 65×105, Beer' s Law is obeyed in the rang of 0-10μg/25ml. The methed has been applied to the determination of Iron(Ⅲ) in various samples with satisfactory results. The reaction mechanism is also discussed.
