摘要
原油过滤脱盐工业化装置已经历5个月的连续运行,通过标定,确定了过滤脱盐工艺的操作参数,并应用数理统计方法,找出脱盐率与相对密度、温度、混合压力降、脱前盐含量的关系。(?)工艺与两级电脱盐水平相当,节电、节水和节省破乳剂的效果明显。
The commercial unit of crude desalting by filtration had been operating continuously for 5 months. The operating parameters were determined during an operation performance test. The process is competitable to the double stage electro-desalting in technological kvel, and significant savings in electricity, water as well as detnukifier is achieved.
