ZG27CrNiMoRe钢的力学性能试验研究

摘要 介绍了高强度铸钢ZG27CrNiMoRe的常规力学性能和断裂力学性能,研究了力学性能回火温度的关系及常规力学性能与断裂韧度的关系;指出了该钢种应力-应变关系符合Ramberg-Osgood公式,验证了断裂判据Jc符合关系式,得出断裂韧度K_(IC)与冲击功、回火温度的关系及△K与dα/dN的关系曲线和该钢种的△K_(th)。为疲劳设计提供了可靠依据。 The paper gives an introduction of normal mechanical property and fracture mechanical property of highstrength cast steel ZG27CrNiMoRe. It analyzes relations between mechanical property of the steel and tempering temperature and relations hetween normal mechanical property and fracture toughness. It also points out that stress-strain relation of the steel conforms to Ramberg桹sgood formula, studies relation between fracture toughness andtempering temperature a nd testifies that fracture criterion J_o conforms to formula K_(IC)= We got the rela- tional cureve between △K and da/dN, as well as the relationship amongst fracture toughness K_(IC), impact work and tem-pering termperature, and △?K_(th) value, thus it provides with reliable fatigue design criteria.
