摘要
本文对目前国内神经网络研究小存在的一些问题提出几点看法并分析了原因．着重阐述了神经网络研究的目的、意义和特点，研究的艰巨性与长期性，研究方法上该注意的问题等．
In this paper, some problems existing in current neural network re-search in China are pointed out and the causes are analyzed,The emphases ofthe paper are: the aim, meaning and characteristics of neural network research,the difficulties and long-standing of the task,and the points should be noticedin methodology of the research.
