摘要
本文报告了在不同的YAG激光束能流密度下(0.2J/cm ̄2一300J/cm ̄2)产生的石墨等离子体羽的时间和空间分辨光谱的测试结果,并据此分析了羽的形成和发展过程,给出了可能的动力学模型及CⅢ,CⅡ和C_2的速度和粒子数密度的变化情况.
Measurement results of temporally and spatially resolved spectra ofGraphite plasma plume induced by YAG laser at different energy fluencies(0.2J/cm ̄2-300J/cm ̄2)are reported. Depending on these results,we have analysed the creation anddevelopment processes of the plume, suggested a dynamic model and obtained the changeof vefocities and number densities of CⅢ,CⅡ and C_2 in the plume.
