摘要
本文介绍一种适用于钢包调温精炼过程的浮漂式钢水连续测温技术,即用同一个测温探头,连续测定钢水温度,消除了快速热电偶每次测温而造成的偏差。其测温准确,稳定性好,且温度值连续显示,有利于提高精炼过程钢水温度的命中率,具有相当大的实用价值和开发应用的前景。
his paper introduced a floating type continuous liquid steel temperature measuring technique which uses the similar probe head to continuously measure the temperature of the liquid steel.The new technique with high measuring accuracy, better stability and continually display of the measure-ments can get rid of deviations caused by fast measuring thermocouple in each temperature measure-ment and hence contribute a great deal to the enhancement of the successful ratio of liquid steel tem-perature throughout steel refining.
