摘要
伴随着直流电弧炉的大型化和高功宰化,直流电弧出现了偏弧现象,导致炉料熔化不均,热损失增大及重新出现炉壁热点等缺点,限制了大型直流电弧炉能力的发挥。针对这种情况,本文从理论上分析了直流电弧炉产生偏弧现象的原因,并提出了改善的措施。
he arc bias phenomenon which frequently occurs with the development of heavy power and high frequency DC arc furnace will inevitably lead to inconsistantly melting of furnace bur-den,increase in heat loss and recurrence of hot spots on the furnace wall and thus affecting full dis-play of the capacity of the electric arc furnace,In light of this situation the present paper analysed the causes for the arc bias theoretically and provided some counter measures
