摘要
介绍在20t钢包上使用硅铝钡铁合金进行钢液终脱氧的试验,结果表明:硅铝钡复合脱氧剂对减少钢中夹杂物,净化钢质,提高钢的机械性能有一定的作用;但在现存吨钢加入量下,其脱氧深度不如铝块。文中还借助转炉冶炼的一些工艺参数对影响铝的回收,钢中夹杂物含量及气体含量的主要因素进行了分析。
rials on use of Si-Al-Ba-Fe alloy as the final deoxider for liquid steel conducted at the 20 Tladle were described ,indicating that although Si-Al-Ba-Fe compound as deoxider has certain effects on reducing inclusions in steel. purifying steel and improving the mechanical property of steel,yet it is much less effective than aluminum pig under the present condition of adding the same amount of deoxider per ton steel. Main factors affecting aluminum recovery,inclusion amount and gas content in steel are also analyzed with the aid of the processing parameters from the converter operations.
