摘要
本文根据现场759炉生产数据,运用数理统计方法,科学地分析和评价了合成渣吹氩、喷吹多功能粉剂、喷吹硅钙粉和喷吹稀土粉4种炉外精炼方法的脱硫效果,为选择脱硫率较高的钢水炉外脱硫方法提供参考。
he present paper has made a scientifical analysis and assessment on the results of hot metal desulfurization by applying the secondary refining methods of four different types,vizargon bubbling with composite slag,injections of inultifunctional powder,of Ca─Si powder and Of rare earth powder into the hot metal.On basis of the experiments the method of the Secondary refiiiing with better ef fects of desulfurization has been determined.
