用“快白渣工艺”冶炼20MnSi钢的实践

过去我厂电炉用传统的“白渣工艺”冶炼２０ＭｎＳｉ钢，化学成分不合格造成的废品率平均为１４．５％。最近改用“快白渣工艺”后，再没有此类废品发生，而且学化成分多在内控范围之内。
