摘要
过去我厂电炉用传统的“白渣工艺”冶炼20MnSi钢,化学成分不合格造成的废品率平均为14.5%。最近改用“快白渣工艺”后,再没有此类废品发生,而且学化成分多在内控范围之内。
n the previous the rejection rate of steel 20 MnSi is averaged by 14.5%due to nonconformity to standards in the chemical compositions in refining the steel by using the conventionaluwhite slag pro-cess”,but up to now the substandard products have already been eliminated and the chemical composi-tions of steel conform to the specified standards since the conversion to the new“quick white slag pro-cess”
