精炼脱氧技术中几个混淆的概念和模糊问题 被引量:1

ON SOME AMBIGUOUS AND CONFUSABLE CONCEPTS IN DEOXIDATION IN STEEL REFINING

摘要 本文讨论了精炼脱氧技术中几个容易混淆的概念和模糊问题。对这几个概念正确的理解和合理的表达提出了看法。认为:应当将钢中的总氧量与熔解氧含量分别表示,溶解氧含量已被接受的正确表示方法为[O]或,总氧量合理的表示方法应为T.O;真空不是获得低氧钢的必要条件,低氧钢的获得是靠最后的铝脱氧实现的。在低氧范围内,用铝脱氧可以获得比真空碳脱氧更大的脱氧速度;为了获得低氧钢,精炼时存在一个防止卷渣增氧的临界搅拌功率。获得低氧钢不需要很大的搅拌功率,低氧钢的生产厂家所使用的搅拌功率一般控制在50~100W/t。最佳搅拌功的提法是不合适的。 he present paper dealt with a few concepts which tend to be confused and misled in the deoxi-dation in steel refining and put forward the reasonable understanding and expression of these con-cepts,maintaining that the total oxygen and soluble oxygen in steel should be expressed separatedly;the acceptable expression of soluble oxygen ls[O] or and total oxygen,T. O;and vacuum condition is not indispensable for deoxidation because the low oxygen steel can be refined by final deoxidation with Al.Within the low oxygen range deoxidation of steel by Al will enable higher deoxidizing rate than that by carbon in vacuum condition. To obtain the low oxygen steel it is essentiaI to maintain a critical stirring power that will effectively prevent from slag entrapping rather than high stirring rate,therefore the stirring rate adopted by low oxygen steel producers is usually controlled in the limit of 50~100W/t and the so called optimal stirring rate is wide of mark.
