摘要
叙述了红尘和尘泥加工工艺的改进。将红尘与纽曼山矿粉混合处理,得到的纽红粉TFe波动可控制在±2.0%。按革新后的工艺加工尘泥,加工效率可提高一倍,成品极差由原来的6%降低到3%,加工成本也大为降低。所进行的纽红粉与印度粉矿、尘泥加工粉与纽曼山矿粉混匀试验表明,混匀矿的质量均可控制在合格的范围内。
This paper describes the improvement of processing technology of iron-bearing sludge which included dust produced in steelmaking and slurry recoveried from sewage disposal.Through mixing the dust with Mt.Newman ore fines,the total iron content of mixture obtained may be controlled in the range of ±2.0%.Efficiency of processing the iron-bearing sludge by improved technology has been raised two times.The deviation of processed sludge has decreased from 6% to 3%,and processing cost also has reduced significantly.The experiments on blending of India ore fines with Mt.Newman ore fines-dust mixture and of processed slurry with Mt.Newman ore fines were carried out.The results show that the quality of blending product has been satisfactory.
