富氧喷煤对高炉中上部区域影响的研究

Effects of PCI with oxygen enriched blast on the temperature field of the middle and upper zone in BF

对鞍钢2号高炉富氧喷煤球验数据的模拟计算分析表明,富氧喷煤时,高炉中,上部区域的温场无明显变化;实验室研究结果得出,富氧喷煤能促进间接还原,抑制直接还原,并能改善矿石的还原软熔行为。

Simulated calculation and analyzation to the data of PCI test with oxygen enriched blast in No2 BF at Anshan Iron & Steel corporation indicated that PCI with oxygen enriched blast had made no obvious effects on the temperature field of the middle and upper zone in BF.The results of laboratory test are as follows:the PCI with oxygen enriched blast can promote indirect reduction and restrain direct reduction and it can improve soft melting and reducing behavior of ores
