摘要
高炉软水密闭循环冷却系统水流特性实验室试验研究表明:当支管破损产生泄漏时,该支管入口水量增加,出口水量减少,且泄漏量与入口水增量或出口水减量成线性关系;当高炉休风时,泄漏量剧增;当高炉局部过热,支管内水汽化,体积膨胀,流动阻力增加,该管水量减少,致使汽化更甚,直到形成“汽塞”烧坏为止。
In order to study the flow characteristics of closed loop soft water cooling system for BF,a series of fundamental experiments were carried out in laboratory.The main results obtained are as follows; (1) While one branch pipe is damaged and leakage is occurred on it,the inlet water flow increases and the outlet water flow decreases.The leakage is linear with the inlet water increment and the outlet water decrement,(2)While the blast furnace blows down,the leakage increases steeply,(3)While the local overheat take place in BF,the water in branch pipe will be vapourized and expanded,consequently its resistance will increase.With the reduction of water in the branch pipe,vapourization becomes more and more serious until forming 'vapour locking' and the branch pipe is burned out.
