瑞典律勒欧厂2号高炉在1993年8月23日至9月22日曾取得月平均利用系数2.96t/(m^3·d),燃料比457kg/t铁的优异成绩,其主要经验是:狠抓了精料,使用的球团矿品位高达67％,焦炭的灰分仅为8.4％,吨铁渣量在150kg以下;借助先进的检测仪表和计算机来改进高炉操作和过程控制。
During a period from August 23 to September 22,1993 a monthly average productivity ratio of 2.96t/(m3·d) and a fuel ratio of 157kg/tHM were reached on No2 BF at Lules,Sweden,These good successes have been achieved owing to beneficiated burden material,high grade ( 67%) pellet,low ash (8.1 %) coke,advanced detection intsrument and blast furnace operation computer control.
