摘要
本研究用不同剂量X线照射人离体血,观察由M_1细胞染色体畸变产额和常规方法建立的剂量效应关系有着相同的变化规律,均符合剂量效应关系。但是,前者明显高于后者,说明前者更灵敏,阳性率高。用该法建立的剂量效应关系,避免了畸变的丢失和衍生染色体畸变,能使剂量效应关系更接近实际,是制作刻度曲线较好的方法。
The dose-effect relationship in the frequency of chromosomal aberration in M1 cells in the peripheral blood exposed to different doses of X-ray in vitro was studied, and the result was compared with that obtained with the conventional method. It was shown that patterns of dosage-effect of these two methods were similar, but the positive rate of chromosomal aberration was higher with the present method than the conventional method. Besides, when this method was used, loss of chromosomal aberration and derived chromosomal aberrations might be avoided. In conclusion, this method is more sensitive and practical.
