摘要 介绍玉门炼油厂叠合装置将磷酸催化剂改为分子筛催化剂前后两种工艺条件的比较,用分子筛作催化剂只有原料烯烃的转化率高,催化剂可反复再生,反应温度高,压力低等特点,但催化剂对碱的敏感性较强,需加强原料脱碱。用分子筛作催化剂的叠合工业试验数据表明,烯烃转化率可由原来的40%提高至70%以上;催化剂一次使用周期由15~16天提高至40天。 The process conditions of the polymerization unit in Yumen Refinery before and after the replacement of phosphoric acid catalyst with molecular sieve catalyst were compared. The molecular sieve catalyst is characterized by high conversion of olefins in the feed, repeated regeneration of catalyst, higher reaction temperature and low pressure, etc. But it is sensitive to caustic and the operation of caustic removal fromfeed needs to be enhanced. The commercial test data demonstrated that the conversion of olefins was increased to over 70% from original 40%. The operation cycle of catalyst was prolonged to 40 days from original 15~16 days.
