摘要
介绍变频调速技术的节电原理及应用现状,用它替代调节阀提高控制水平能满足长周期生产的要求,可节电50％左右,技改投资回收期约1年。指出炼油工业推广应用变频技术是节电的有效途径。
The power-saving principles and application of variable frequency speed control technology were intro-duced. If it is used to replace control valve to elevate the control level, the requirement of bng-term opera-tion can be met. About 50% of power can be saved from it and pay-off peroid of technical revamping investment is about 1 year, It is an effective power-saving approach to apply variable-frequency technology in petroleum refining industry.
