摘要
洛阳石化总厂为提高重油催化裂化反应深度,分别将轻污油,粗汽油,催化裂化柴油和直馏汽油作终止剂注入提升管。实践表明,以粗汽油作终止剂可提高提升管反应区的温度,增大剂油比,抑制二次反应,经济效益明显。
In Luoyang Petrochemical Complex, the light stop oil, naphtha, FCC gas oil and straight-run gasoline were injected into the FCCU riser cracker respectively as termination agents so as to deepen the cracking reaction The practice proved that if naphtha was used as the agent, it could increase the temperature in riser reaction zone and catalyst/oil ratio and inhibit secondary reaction. The economic benefit was remarkable.
