介绍国产催化裂化装置催化剂的品种、性能和分类,在此基础上,分别讨论了按产品要求、原料性质和装置特点如何选用催化剂,按装置产品的要求初选,再针对装置特点加以排除,然后结合原料最终确定催化剂的型号是一种较好的方法.
The varieties,performances and classification of domestic FCC catalysts were introduced. The selection of catalysts based upon the product specifications, feedstock properties and unit characteristics was discussed. It is a good method to make to make a preliminary selection based upon the product requirements, then screen the selected catalysts in consideration of unit characteristics and finally decide the type of catalyst in accordance with feedstock properties.
