Selection of Adjustable Air Shutter for Oil-fired High Pressure Boilers

介绍目前高压燃油锅炉在生产中存在炉膛火焰“雪花”多、火焰混浊、配风不均及烟囱冒黑烟等问题.采取增加稳焰器与中心一次风,改换现有调风器的结构形式,增加风道及更换油喷嘴等措施.并通过对国内制造的锅炉调风器性能指标的对比,提出锅炉调风器结构形式的选择原则与具体条件.

In the oilfired high pressure boiler operation, there are problems such as 'snowing' and turbid flame in the fumace, uneven air distribution and black smoke from stack etc. To solve these problems, the following measures have been taken:addition of flame stabilizer and central primary air, improvement of existing air shutter, provision of air passage and replacement of oil nozzles, etc. Through the comparison of the performances of various domestic air shutter for boilers, the principles and specific conditions for selecting structure of air shutter of boilers were presented.
