摘要 将催化裂化装置前置烧焦罐工艺改造成烧焦罐湍流床再生,解决了频繁发生的二次燃烧问题.装置已稳定操作3年.实践证明改造是成功的.对比了改造前后的处理量、烧焦强度和再生催化剂性质等. The high-speed bed regeneration process of FCCU was converted into turbulent-bed regeneration, which solved the problem of frequent secondary combustion. The revamped FCCU has been operating smoothly for 3 years, which proved that the revamping was successful. The processing capacity, coke burning intensi-ty and performances of regenerated catalyst before and after the revamping were compared.
