摘要 焦化炉管内油品在高温下存在着裂解反应与缩合反应,由于注蒸汽及裂化物的平衡汽化而存在着两相流动;对近来发表的有关热裂化反应模型、结焦模型、气-液平衡模型、两相流模型、热焓模型及油品基础物性关联式分别作了简要综述. Cracking and polymerization reactions of oil products inside coker heater tubes take place at elevated temperature. Because of the pouring of steam and the equilibrium vaporization of cracked products, two phase flow should appear. Related models which reported in literatures recently such as thermal cracking re-action model, coking model, gas-liquid equilibrium model, two phase flow model and heat enthalpy model as well as correlations of the basic physical properties of oil products were briefly reviewed.
