摘要
介绍了应用NT-13型低温脱硫剂对炼油厂酸性水汽提副产氨气脱硫的工业侧流试验情况,立升级原粒度500小时连续试验结果表明,该脱硫剂脱硫效果良好,脱硫率可达99％以上,抗干扰能力强,穿透硫容高达10％以上,可使成品液氨达到国标要求。
The commercial side-stream test for desulfurization of ammonia stripped from the refinery sour water using NT-13 low temperature desulfurizing agent was introduced.Results from 500 hr continuous commercial test on litre-scale raw partide showed that,NT-13 agent was of excellent desulfurizing performance and high resist-ance to process disturbance.The desulfurization efficiency was more than 99% and the penetrating sulfur ca-pacity reached 10%,which made the finished liquid ammonia meet the requirements of the national standard.
