摘要
用逐步非线性回归的方法,推导出广泛用于塔板设计与核算的泛点负荷系数及Bolles液流收缩系数关联式。前式最大相对偏差不超过3%,平均偏差约1%;后者最大相对偏差不超过1.5%,平均偏差约0.3%。结合其他经验关联式,用计算机对全塔进行水力学性能核算,可方便地找出卡脖子部位。
The correlation formulas of both flooding capacity and Bolles liquid flow contraction coefficients which extensively applied in the tray design and checking calculation were deduced with the method of gradual nonlinear regression.As a result,the maximum relative deviation of the former formula is less than 3%,and the average deviation is about 1%;while those of the latter is less than 1.5% and about 0.3% respectively. In combination with other experience correlation formulas,it is conveient to find out the bottleneck by trac-ing the hydraulic behaviors of the whole tower with computer.
