PV缩短型旋风分离器在后置烧焦罐式催化裂化装置上的应用

摘要 锦州石化公司炼油厂将后置烧焦罐式催化裂化装置再生器内原旋风分离器改用国产PV型旋风分离器。由于受再生器高度的限制,有一组旋风分离器的灰斗与水平进入再生器的烧焦罐烟气管相碰。为此对此组旋风分离器的高径比进行了调整,缩短了长度。投运后取得了理想的效果,催化剂单耗降到0.4kg/t以下。这说明在装置改造中,在同一再生器内采用两种型号的旋风分离器也是可以的。 Jinzhou Refinery installed PV type cydone in the High-Speed Bed Regeneration type FCCU,replacing the predecessor.Because of the limitation of tube length,dust from one set of cydone collide with the flue gas tubes which horizontally inserted into the regenerator.Therefore,the length/diameter ratio of this cydone was adjusted and the tube length shortened-Satisfactory result was gained with the innovated regenerator in serv-ice.Unit catalyst loss was reduced to kss than 0.4kg/t This demonstrated that in the revamping of FCCU, adopting two different types of cyclone is feasible.
