摘要
模拟常用工业烧炭条件,老化处理铂锡重整催化剂,考察其氯流失规律,结果表明,在常压、含水0~4.35%的空气或氮气中,铂锡催化剂氯含量迅速下降;温度升高,水含量增加,则氯流失速度加快,还对氯流失规律进行了数学模拟。
Pt-Sn reforming catalyst was aged at simulated conditions of the ordinary commercial coke burning with the purpose of investigating the rule of chlorine loss.Results indicated that under atmospheric pressure,the chlorine content of Pt-Sn catalyst was reduced drastically in air or nitrogen with 0 ~ 4.35w% moisture.Thehigher both temperature and water content, the faster the chlorine loss. Furthermore, the mathematical simulation for the rule of chlorine loss was carried out
