Technical Revamping of Gas Oil Catalytic Cracker

为适应原料多变和重油深度加工的需要,茂名石化公司炼油厂将0.6Mt/a同高并列式催化裂化装置改造为提升管催化裂化装置.改造后装置处理量可达0.9Mt/a,并可掺炼10w%～20w%焦化蜡油,技术指标先进,经济效益显著.

For the accommodation to the feedstocks variation and the deep processing of heavy oik, a side-by-side type FCCU with capacity of 800kt/yr in the refinery of Maoming Petrochemical Company was converted in-to the riser cracker. The processing capacity of the unit converted was increased to 900kt/yr when blending 10% ~ 20% coker gas oil into the feedstocks. Advanced technical indexes were reached and significant eco-nomic benefit was gained.
