Deactivation and Restoration of Pt-Sn/Al2O_(3) Reforming Catalysts

摘要 模拟常用的工业烧炭和氯化更新(氧化)条件,对铂锡重整催化剂进行了失活与复活研究.结果表明,在550℃含水的空气或氮气介质中焙烧处理,催化剂氯含量迅速下降,但在空气中处理后的铂分散度保持不变;正常失活的催化剂可在5~15min氯化和30~60min氧化后完全复活. Deactivation and restoration of two commercial Pt-Sn/Al_(2) O3 ?reforming catalysts were investigated under conditions similar to those usually adopted for coke burning and oxychlorization during catalyst regeneration. The results indicated that the chlorine content of the catalysts is decreased drastically after treatment at 550 'C in moist air or N2, but the metal function is unchanged in the air. In general, activity of the deactivated catalysts would be completely restored through chlorization of 5 ~ 15 min and oxidation of 30 ~ 60 min.
