总结了水溶性LMP-4催化裂化金属钝化剂在重油催化裂化工业装置上的应用情况.结果表明:尽管平衡催化剂上镍含量高达9800ppm,水溶性LMP-4金属钝化剂仍然有良好的钝化镍功能,干气中H_2/CH_4保持在1.5以下,平衡催化剂上锑镍比约为0.4.注入钝化剂时,保持注入锑量与原料中镍量之比为1:1即可获得良好效果.此钝化剂无刺激性气味,使用方便,无需轻柴油伴送、是一种性能良好的钝化剂.

The commercial application of water soluble LMP-4 metal passivator in heavy oils FCCU were summa-rized. The results indicated the LMP-4 metal passivator's excellent ability to deactivate the nickel in the equilibrium catalyst even with a content up to 9800 ppm. The ratio of H2/CH4 in dry gas was less than 1.5, while the ratio of antimony to nickel on the equilibrium catalyst was about 0.4. Good results were ob-tained by setting the ratio of antimony in the injected passivator to nickel in feedstock at 1:1. The LMP-4 passivator is convenient in use, without irritant smell and can be injected in the absence of accompanying light gas oil.
