茂名石化公司炼油厂Ⅰ套催化裂化装置再生烟气废热锅炉炉管严重积灰,经采用改变进炉烟气含尘粒径大小以及采取声除灰等技术措施进行炉管除灰后,锅炉产汽量增加4.28t/h以上.
In the refinery of Maoming Petrochemical Company, ash were seriously deposited on tube surfaces in the waste heat boiler for regenerator flue gas in the FCCU Nol. By altering the diameters of dust particles con-tained in flue gas and adopting the acoustic ash removal technique etc. , the steam generation capacity ofthe boiler increased by 4.28 t/h.
